It depends on where the brand is starting from. Most projects cover the full identity system: strategy, naming, logo, typography, color, art direction and key applications. Some go further into packaging, digital or communication systems. We define the scope before we start — and we don’t expand it without a reason.

We don’t separate strategy from craft. The thinking and the making happen together, with the same people, from start to finish. There’s no handoff between a strategy team and a design team — which means nothing gets lost in translation.

Every project starts with a diagnosis — understanding the brand’s current position, its context and what it actually needs. From there we build: strategy first, then identity, then system. Each stage is reviewed and approved before we move to the next. No surprises.

Between four and eight weeks for most identity projects. Packaging systems or multi-SKU work can extend beyond that. We set timelines at the start and we hold them.
Always. Final deliverables include production-ready files for both print and digital — correct formats, color profiles and technical specifications included. The files work. That’s not optional.
Yes. We can guide the production process from material selection to print specifications, and we work directly with printers and suppliers when needed. The goal is that what gets printed matches what we designed.
